Apply GelColor Super Base Base Coat: paint the edge of the nail first, then sweep a thin layer across the full nail. Cure 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light.5. Apply GelColor the same way: paint the edge first, then sweep a thin layer of color across the nail. Cure 30 seconds. Repeat step for a second coat.6.
