Gear motors are used to build elevators, cars, massage bots, and other robots the use rotation in our Robotics courses. We recommend purchasing multiple motors as they can sometime s burn or get misplaced. If you choose the option with wires, it might make it easier for your child to attach the motor to the battery box; however, keep in mind that wires can break off when children play with them. If that happens, you can either clip the battery box wires to the metal motor ends directly or soldering the wires back on the motor.
