Gear up. Pick a card. Get to work. The Gear Workout Deck was built for firefighters who want training that actually feels like the job. Inside are 50 different workouts designed to be completed in turnout gear or a weighted vest, adding the extra load and intensity that turns a regular workout into a gut check. Keep a deck at the station and when it’s time to train, there’s no standing around trying to figure out what to do. Grab a card, throw on the weight, and get after it.
