Step 2: Apply Blooming GelApply a thin, even coat of Blooming Gel over the cured base colour. Do not cure yet. Step 3: Create Your DesignUsing a fine nail art brush or gel liner, draw your design directly onto the uncured Blooming Gel. Watch as it spreads to create a blooming effect, then cure.
