The Gemini UHF-4100M: Single 100-Channel UHF Wireless System is designed for live sound reinforcement applications such as for concerts, DJs, lectures, karaoke, and houses of worship. The system consists of a single-channel UHF wireless receiver and one UHF wireless transmitter microphone. The system allows you to transmit on 100 different UHF transmission channels and has a range of 250'. You can set your transmission frequency manually or let the system do it automatically. To prevent phasing problems, the system utilizes a specialized phase locked loop circuit. The front panel of the receiver features rotary volume control, buttons for group selection, channel selection, transmitter sync, and LED indicators for transmission channel, RF, and AF signal strength. The back of the unit features balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4" outputs to make it easy to connect to different mixers and signal processors. This system comes included with one handheld microphone transmitter. Up to eight microphones can be connected within the transmission frequency band using multiple receivers. Each handheld microphone transmitter is designed with high sensitivity unidirectional cardioid capsule and noise absorbing components in the microphone barrel to eliminate handling noise and the shock of flipping the power switch. Each includes a power on/mute button and will run for up to 8 hours on two AA batteries.
