Tourmaline Gemstone Kaleidoscope by Sue Rioux Artist Sue Rioux has been creating beautiful kaleidoscopes from glass for almost 30 years. She is inspired by nature that surrounds he r in her home in Maine. Tourmaline is part of Sue's gemstone collection (October's birthstone) with a three mirror system. The entire kaleidoscope is finished with a patina that is added to her soldering giving a copper effect. The turning oil filled barrel contains pieces of colorful dichroic glass, beads and baubles.
