Increased torque transmission during active driving for a sportier and more controlled behavior. Faster torque transfer reduces initial understeer on power-up during active driving. Active drift mode gives the driver better control of the vehicle when driving in high lateral accelerations. Does not limit the torque transfer to the rear at higher speeds. Increased traction from launch. SW for performance mode is developed and optimized for daily driving and dynamic/active driving without compromises and not risking damage of driveline components.
