Fleurtai and Johanniter are grape varieties resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, needing 70% less chemical treatments (including sulphur and copper). The grapes, slightly dried, provide fruity scents of peach and pear, tropical fruits (ananas and avocado), and almond. Elegant on the palate, with a pleasant minerality and important structure.
