For Hogue Genesis, we seek wine grapes from the most distinctive vineyard sites in Eastern Washington. This is a serious, full-bodied wine with great aging potential. Pour alongsid e pan-seared filet mignon, braised short ribs, or grilled rib eye steak with chimichurri sauce. The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blueberry, cherry, strawberry, molasses, dried tobacco leaf, toast, and cream.
