This bonbon revisits the structure of our signature High Mountain Oolong flavour, moving away from floral delicacy and towards a deliberatel y bolder expression of green tea and roasted rice. Genmaicha is intensified with a touch of matcha to deepen the tea profile. A base layer of crunchy nurungji adds a firmer bite and extra element of toasted rice.
