The rolling hills of Palouse in eastern Washington have inspired photographers and artists for decades. Mother nature does love showing off her curves here. On my visit to the area I found different farms in various stages of planting or harvest. This produces all the colors we see in the image when the low setting sun hits them and accentuates the shadows. I've used a gentle motion blur to highlight the colors and contours of the area.
