This deep amber-gold coloured Bourbon has sweet, fruity aromas of ripe peach, apple strudel, orange spice cake and dates. After brief air contact, cinnamon, vanilla and spicier woo dy notes enter. Plush and intense with rich caramel and vanilla notes countered by paprika and light cinnamon. Rye develops while hints of orange zest balance out the finish. A big whiskey to suit Manhattans.
