We will not harvest honey without a good uncapping fork. The knife gets most of the cap, then we clean up the rest with this fork. There are cheaper models on the market but we rec ommend you get a good one and take care of it - these are built to last for decades. Stainless steel, with a solid plastic handle that feels good in your hand. The tines of the fork are angled perfectly to slip under caps and pull up the tiniest bit of wax. Show more
