A primer to be used on paper, cardstock, chipboard, wood, metal and other surfaces. Directions: Apply to a dry surface by using a palette knife, paint brush, sea sponge, texturing tool, or other similar tools. Add coloured pigments such as Colour Blast Shimmer Dusts or Colour Blast Mica Powders. Use only a small amount of these pigments and mix to a consistency suitable for your project. Flexible, water-based, non toxic, archival safe. Warning: Not for use under 12 years of age without adult supervision. Do not eat. Do not inhale.
