Magnolia bark, Saussurea root, dry fried Bitter orange immature fruit and Chinese amomum fruit encourage the Qi of the Stomach and Intestines to move downward and help to support the normal peristaltic wave of the gut while also helping to expel Spleen Wind and disperse stagnant Qi.
