**This is not a childbirth education class** This group class series is created to help expectant parents understand what the early postpartum days may look like for their family a nd how to support their infant's needs during the Fourth Trimester and beyond from biological, social-emotional, and brain-based perspectives. The group class meets for four sessions, each lasting 2.5 hours. It combines dyadic teaching with self-reflection on your own experience of being parented and collaborative exercises within your partnership to support each other as new parents, moving beyond your identities as a couple.
