Our Getting Started short courses are delivered as a single 2.5-hour remote training session for Individuals or a Small Group (up to 3 people) with one of our experienced CDM Plus Trainers. Our session will use your current clinical software, including Best Practice, Medical Director, and Communicare to increase your understanding of Chronic Condition Management (CCM) Processes, Chronic Conditions, MBS Online, and CCM Item Numbers. Hard Copy training materials will be provided prior to your session. Getting Started with Chronic Condition Management for Admin is suitable for Admin Staff, Medical Practice Assistants, and Practice Managers looking to improve Chronic Condition Management service delivery with an administration focus.
