Our Getting Started short courses are delivered as a single 2.5-hour remote training session for Individuals or a Small Group (up to 3 people) with one of our experienced CDM Plus Trainers. Our session will use your current clinical software, including Best Practice, Medical Director, and Communicare to increase confidence and clinical skills in managing Dementia in primary care. Getting Started with Dementia is suitable for Nurses, Aboriginal Health Workers and Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, and GPs looking to improve Chronic Condition Management service delivery. Course Objectives: Understand dementia prevention, early detection, and management in primary care Identify eligible patients for early detection activities Increase confidence to perform cognitive screening tools
