This is blend can be used in most recipes that call for GF flour. We typically adjust sugar lower and adjust hydration higher in GF baking because of the starch content. Gluten-Free Pancake Recipe - Serves 2 Dry Ingredients: Wet Ingredients: ¾ cup GF Flour Mix 1/3 cup + 1 TBSP milk 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp cane sugar 2 TBSP melted butter ½ tsp kosher salt 1 egg Directions: Combine dries into bowl and set aside. Measure milk then add apple cider vinegar to milk and stir. Pour milk into bowl of dries. Add egg and melted butter. Whisk to combine. Heat lightly oiled griddle on medium high heat. Pour batter onto griddle to size of pancake desired. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Enjoy with syrup, butter or jam!
