An homage to Mrs. Fields, this Cookie Cake has blobs of melted vegan marshmall ow (from MyDandies), organic dark maple chocolate chips (Raaka Chocolate), and chunks of our homeade Gluten-free Sourdough, vegan Graham Crackers. Made with hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter, organic oats, buckwheat, organic maple and organic coconut sugar (refined sugar-free); the cookie is fermented up to 24 hours, using fair-trade and organic chocolate, and MyDandies Vegan Marshmallows, and our homeade Gluten-free, Vegan Graham Crackers.
