ORDER PROCESS Choose the amount you want for a gift card (if you are wanting to gift a certain item, look up the cost of the item first) Add to cart and purchase You'll receive an email with a link to your gift card (example image shown) Clicking on this link will show you your 16 digit gift card number (example image shown) Your recipient will need this number, so you can either forward the email to them, or maybe write the gift card number down in a card? I've also added printable instructions - you can enter your 16 digit gift card number and print / share this with the recipient if you wish. HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD The gift card recipient needs to add a product to their basket, and go to checkout. When in the checkout, they'll see a box, which will give them the option to add “Gift card or discount code”. Once they enter their 16 digit gift code, the gift card amount will be taken off the basket balance. FAQ Gift cards can be redeemed for any 2 Green Monkeys products or as part-payment for any product. A gift card be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
