At this time, we cannot sell physical gift cards online. After you purchase the card online, please allow time for your payment to be processed. The DIGITAL gift card will then be sent via EMAIL directly to you, the buyer. You can either forward the email to the giftee with a personal message or print the card out and give it to the giftee in person. To redeem the gift certificate at the Nursery, the recipient presents the PRINTED OUT certificate at the nursery at the time of checkout, and we can apply the gift amount toward their purchase. To redeem an online, mail order gift card, the recipient enters the 16-digit code during the first step in the online checkout process. If the overall purchases total is less than the amount of the gift card, then the card balance can be accessed during their next online purchase via the same 16-digit code.
