After checkout, the gift card code is delivered electronically to the email address used for the order. The Portal Pass can be redeemed both online at The Plastic Portal and in our Fort Worth retail shop. The recipient can use it toward discs, bags, accessories, apparel, Portal Forge products, and other eligible merchandise. Shopping online is simple: enter the gift card code during checkout. For an in-store purchase, show the digital gift card email or provide the gift card code at the register. Portal Passes are available in $10, $20, $25, $50, $100, and $250 denominations. Choose the amount that fits the occasion and let them pick the exact discs, colors, weights, or gear they want. Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the full balance has been redeemed. If the order total is greater than the remaining gift card balance, the difference can be paid using another accepted payment method.
