Shipping details If you chose to have your gift certificate emailed, please make sure you include the recipient's email address in the 'order notes' section on your shopping cart page, together with details of any personalised message. How to redeem Gift certificates are redeemed by entering the unique voucher code in the 'discount' section of your shopping cart and must be redeemed in full in one transaction. They are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. The fine printYou may need to include your shipping address at the checkout even if you have selected to send the gift certificate via email but this will not impact the delivery of your gift certificate via email. Please allow 24 hours for gift certificates to be issued via email, and two business days to be sent via post.
