'An absolutely stunning, full bodied Shiraz. Meticulously crafted from our oldest vine fruit, and as our flagship wine, Gilt Edge is only released in the finest of vintages. A conc entrated ruby red colour with crimson hues, this wine is rich, complex and enticing. Aromas of chocolate and blackberry fruits tempt the tastebuds, and on the palate the fine tannins and subtle oak envelope you.’ -Winemaker Leigh Eldredge The fruit for this wine is picked from the oldest vines on the Estate, handmade in our barrel shed, basket pressed, and matured in French oak for up to 48 months.
