Our 12-hour vacuum distillation at low temperatures gently extracts the purest essences. The result is a gin that captures the unique characteristics of each botanical. No Filter and No SugarWe use pure Austrian water to complement our botanicals, creating a distinct and refreshing taste. We don't filter after distillation, preserving natural flavors and aromas, and we don't add sugar to maintain the delicate nuances of our Contemporary Dry Gin.
