Gin David is the meeting point in a Venn diagram consisting of 'gin' and 'classic Italian sculptures from the European Renaissance' (a very small overlap, by the way). This gin is made using a combination of 12 botanicals, including juniper, vanilla, grapefruit, orange, cinnamon, coriander, anise, elderflower, lime, iris, angelica and bergamot.
