The botanical ensemble features lavender, Menton lemon peel, marjoram, mountain savory, rosemary, star anise, thyme, and the indispensable juniper, complemented by a hint of Camargue salt. The resulting taste is distinctly herbal and bright, with thyme and marjoram taking prominence.
