It’s light bodied and highly aromatic, harmoniously balancing juniper, coriander and citrus with a subtle spicy and floral finish, and is an extremely versatile house gin. 200mL // 40% ABV Citrus Pink: A lively blend of juniper, lemon, bitter orange, and tangerine, this gin delivers bold citrus and a stunning pink colour to liven any cocktail. 200mL // 40% ABV Juniperus Maximus: This spirit celebrates gin’s most important botanical, juniper. Lime, lemon and juniper are macerated in a neutral grain spirit for 48 hours and then distilled with additional lime, lemon and juniper and angelica root.
