Join us for a tour of the Distillery where you will be handed a gin and tonic upon arrival whilst you embark on a sensory tour of botanicals, go through the distillation process, t he innovative equipment we use, the story behind the flavour profiles of our gins and the techniques we use which are aligned to wine making production. You are given advice and guidance on recipe development and your own individual still to produce a full size 70cl bottle of bespoke gin using botanicals from our apothecary.
