What better way to learn about gin than by making some yourself. This masterclass gets you involved in the process of making one of our gins. Hosted at our Knoxfield distillery, our experienced team will introduce you to the unique flavours and sensations of our Gin botanicals. You will be involved in every step of production; working through fermentation, distillation, vapour infusing, dilution, finishing with bottling and labelling. The Gin 101 Masterclass includes a Gin library experience, Tiny Bear tasting paddle, cheeseboard and a take-home bottle of Gin created on the day.
