This is the 8th iteration of our famous Ginger Beer Cask series. It all begins with a (top-secret) ginger beer recipe, packed with fresh ginger and citrus peel. This house-made gin ger beer was aged for 12 months in ex-Starward whisky barrels – mostly American oak casks that previously held Nova, Solera and 100 Proof. We then finished a blend of our red wine and Apera cask matured single malts in those same ginger beer casks almost two years, drawing out bold, zesty notes of citrus, spice and toasty gingerbread.
