Bring water to 212° F. Pour over leaves; steep for 10-12 minutes. Remove leaves from tea and enjoy hot or cool and then refrigerate until cold Enjoy! Cold Brewing Instructions Use 1.5-2 teaspoons of tea per 6 ounces of water. Place in refrigerator for 14 to 16 hours. Flavor intensifies with time.
