Our Ginger Gin has been made at the request of Kevin Collins - owner of our local Fish Devine Restaurant and Rum Bar here in Airlie Beach. While still Juniper forward this spirit i s distilled with enough fresh ginger root in the final distillation to ensure there is a strong ginger note on the palate. The result is a gin with traditional freshness up front with an earthy warming feel in the lingering finish.
