ELMWOOD INN FINE TEAS GINGER PEACH SORBET 2 cups Ginger Peach Black Tea, steeped 2-4 Tablespoons sugar (to taste) 1 ripe peach, peeled and pitted 1-2 Tablespoons crystallized ginger, diced Add sugar to warm tea. Stir until dissolved. Chill tea, not overnight, in the refrigerator. Puree peach with ½ cup tea in blender or food processor. In a large mixing bowl, stir peach, remaining tea, and diced ginger.
