A homemade favourite, Ginger Preserve, made with chunks of fresh stem ginger to give this preserve fresh bite and texture. Great on toast and enjoyed by all. It is lovingly prepare d in a kilner type jar which you can use time and again for storing foods that require an airtight seal. Ingredients Ginger, sugar, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid.
