Aberffraw biscuits, or Teisen Berffro is a traditional Welsh shortbread dating back to 13th-century Anglesey, often cited as one of the UK's oldest biscuits. They were originally m ade by pressing the dough on the back of queen scallop shells that were found on the shores of Aberffraw, Anglesey.
