Along with Ginkgo, Rhodiola Rosea root is added which studies have shown to enhance all aspects of cognitive function. Ashwagandha Root and Gotu Kola have been added for their ability to improve mental retention and perception. Rosemary has long been regarded as an antidote to mental fatigue and to fight forgetfulness. Research has shown that even a small amount of Sage can increase recall abilities. We have combined all these with Cinnamon to stimulate the neuroprotective proteins that guard cells from damage.
