Giusti Raspberry Glaze with Balsamic is a thick, fruit-infused condiment made with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and raspberry, produced by the historic Giuseppe Giusti family in Modena, Italy. Established in 1605, Giusti is recognised as one of the oldest balsamic vinegar producers, preserving traditional production methods while using carefully selected ingredients from the Emilia-Romagna region. The glaze is created by reducing balsamic vinegar with cooked grape must and raspberry juice to achieve a dense, smooth consistency. This process concentrates the flavours and produces a syrup-like texture that spreads easily over food. The result is a balanced condiment with gentle acidity from the vinegar and natural fruity sweetness from raspberry, giving a bright and slightly tangy flavour profile. This glaze is designed mainly for finishing dishes and adding flavour just before serving. It works well with salads, grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and cheeses, while its fruity character also pairs naturally with desserts, fresh fruit, cakes, and ice cream. The thick texture makes it easy to drizzle and decorate plates, adding both flavour and visual presentation to sweet and savoury recipes.
