There is no VAT charges on this product. This product is irregular in its form. At their origin they have been crushed leading to a wide variety of different shapes. The Cherries a re saturated in a glucose fructose syrup and are coloured to give a vibrant red appearance. Although sticky they are great as an additive to cake mixtures. It is worth noting that to get the best incorporation of this product into a baking mix it is better to dry them first as otherwise they will all sink to the base of your cake. Ingredients: Cherries, Glucose Fructose syrup, Sugar, Citric acid (E330), Potassium Sorbate(E202),Colour-Erythrosine (E127), Sulphur Dioxide(E220), Wheat.
