These new production deck prisms are made of molten glass, just like the originals used aboard historic sailing vessels. Traditionally, deck prisms were mounted upside down into a ship’s deck to bring natural sunlight below deck — illuminating cargo holds and crew quarters without the risk of an open flame. Our modern prisms honor that heritage while adding a coastal, jewel-like beauty to any space. Each prism is hand-poured and finished in stunning ocean-inspired tones of sea-glass green.
