Distille d on 2 June 2011 and bottled in September 2023, Cask #807032 produced 709 bottles, making it a rare and collectible release. As expected from GlenAllachie’s single cask programme, the whisky offers deep sherry influence, bold flavour, and natural presentation (non-chill filtered, natural colour). It showcases everything fans love about Billy Walker’s style: richness, spice, dried fruits, and silky depth. Tasting Notes Nose: Dark raisins, fig cake, chocolate-coated nuts, cinnamon, orange peel, polished oak, and warm sherry richness. Palate: Full-bodied and intense. Layers of dates, sultanas, espresso, dark caramel, roasted nuts, cocoa powder, and Oloroso spice. Dense, oily texture with superb depth.
