The Octaves Peated Batch 2 has been aged in Octaves resized from ex-bourbon, Port and oloroso sherry casks giving the whisky a rich, sweet style with well-balanced peat smoke.These octave casks typically hold about 65 litres of whisky and this enables the spirit inside to mature quicker due to greater interaction between the wood and the spirit.
