WLS – The single fin template is exactly what I used back in the 1970’s and early 80’s. I’ve always preferred a reasonably upright fin so as not to have the board overpowered by to o much rake creating stiffness when turning off the top of the wave. I’ve always preferred the fin to have a neutral feeling and to enhance the rail to rail transitions. WLSS – Side fins for single WLS. The small side fins are used on all of my single fin boards to create and enhance a positive grip at high speeds. They need to be kept small so as no to interfere with the single fins water flow and dominance. Show more
