Our Glitter Base is a water based sealer that holds your glitter, metallic eyeshadows and pigments without any fallout. You can apply it on your eyes or any other skin surface. How to use: -Dip the tip of your brush into the Glitter Base, so that the bristles are wet but not dripping. -Lightly touch the glitter/pigment of your choice with your wet brush -Apply the product directly to your skin to disperse evenly -To use it as an eyeliner, use small strokes as you would a liquid liner. -To use as an eyeshadow, use bigger strokes with less glitter/pigment for a bolder look Tip: Use your finger to smooth out the glitter/pigment over your skin surface. If the glitter/pigment is balling up, simply add a bit more glitter base.
