The second piece in the set is the Global SAI-05 23cm Bread knife which is designed to cut through the crustiest loaves of bread, it has a serrated edge that can also be used to slice through fruit and soft vegetables. Next is the Global SAI-M06 15cm which is a specialist Vegetable chopping knife. It has a long flat blade designed to get a clean cut when the knife cuts down onto the board. It is quite a heavy knife and suitable for long hours in the kitchen.
