Quick & Effective: The pull-through design features two alumina ceramic wheels that quickly hone and restore the edge of your knife with just a few strokes. Designed for Global Knives: While suitable for most double-edged stainless steel knives, it is specifically designed to maintain the precise edge angle of Global knives. How to Use Hold the sharpener firmly on a flat, stable surface. Place the heel of your knife in the sharpening slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener. Pull the knife straight back towards you with light, consistent pressure. Do not saw back and forth. Repeat 7-8 times, or until your blade is sharp. Wash and dry your knife thoroughly after sharpening. Important Notes This sharpener is designed for double-bevel knives only. It is not suitable for single-bevel, serrated, or ceramic knives. This is a maintenance tool for keeping a sharp edge. It is not designed to restore a very dull or damaged blade. Care Instructions After use, gently tap the sharpener to remove any metal filings.
