The fruit are light-streaked rose to pink blush with golden hues on a completely transparent skin and beautifully capture the light during its long fruiting season. This rare, French heirloom produces abundant crops of tart and flavorful fruit good for fresh eating, adorning cakes, charcuterie boards or in fresh arrangements.
