Glowrius is a clear dip powder that glows a blue/green color! With this powder, you can make any manicure glow! This now comes filled to the top of a 1 oz jar (some settling will o ccur). Tips for using clear glow powder: Make sure your liquid brushes are clean before you start because if there are any particles in your liquids or on your brushes, you will see them.
