Flat bench design fitted with a wide, competition-style thick foam pad, high density filling and hard-wearing upholstery to maintain firmness, reduce compression and support correct lifting posture. Built-in front handle and rear-mounted castor wheels allow the bench to be easily lifted, rolled and repositioned. Single post base allows optimal foot placement and leg drive, fitted with non-slip rubber feet to enhance grip, protect flooring and keep the bench secure during high intensity lifting sessions.
